Providence Tower is a flagship residential development in the Docklands area of London. It is the tallest and final phase of a complex of residential towers that have been built in the last decade by the developers Ballymore.

The main contractor on this project is Balfour Beatty and Central Essex Interiors were responsible for the internal ceilings, partitions and linings to the 11-storey block of social and affordable units, plus the 42-storey private residential tower.

The project value of this project to Central Essex was £3 million with the social and affordable block completed in late 2014, and the private ownership tower completed in early 2015.
