Sixty Holborn Viaduct was an 11-storey, new-build office development in the heart of London, where Holborn Viaduct crosses over Farringdon Road. Balfour Beatty was the main contractor on this project, and this particular building was one of Balfour Beatty’s flagship construction project of 2013.

Central Essex Interiors was responsible for the metal pan ceilings, drywall linings and partitions, GRG fibrous plaster columns and feature reception ceiling, and rigid insulation to the basement walls and soffits.

The project value was £1.3 million and was completed in late 2013
