Central Essex Interiors was initially awarded the internal walls and partitions to this residential development located by the marina in the heart of Ipswich. Off the back of the successful works completed within the first block, CEI was awarded the SFS steel framing alongside the internal walls and partitions to the next three blocks of this 386 affordable and extra care housing development.

The contract value for these works was £3.3 million and completed in Nov 2014.
