Who we are

We are Central Essex Interiors. We have more than 30 years’ experience of specialising in interior refurbishment, providing the highest quality work and services within the construction industry.

Since our establishment, our skilled team has worked hard to develop a loyal client base, including many top 50 main contractors. Even in these financially challenging times we have maintained and increased our support to high-profile clients.

What we do

Our services include, but aren’t limited to:

Whatever the requirement – a £10 million works contract package or a small partitioning/fit out scheme – Central Essex Interiors delivers the very highest standards of quality and commitment.

We offer our services to both commercial and domestic customers throughout London and the South East, ranging from individual home owners through to high-profile main contractors like Balfour Beatty.

How we work

Our highly experienced project teams provide advice and guidance on contractual matters, programming, design aspects and optimum cost solutions. The company operates a quality system which recognises the requirements of BS EN ISO 9000 and fully meets its responsibilities as a contractor.

We’re told that our “project managers are a joy to work with,” and all our activities are under-pinned by our in-house admin and support team.

design team:

Work on pre- and post-contract design, to help with project planning and ensure we’re supplying exactly what you need

Health & Safety department:

Manned by a team of qualified health and safety professionals, who train our staff and monitor all our activities. We have adopted thorough and consistent policies, procedures, handbooks, risk assessments and method statements

Human resources & Training department:

Recruitment of team members, keeping them up-to-date with the latest skills, technology and practise, to ensure a good and reliable supply of skills and resource for every project.

IT department:

Provision of more effective communications and greater efficiency across all our work

Technical department:

Expert technical back-up, specialising in many electronic collaboration tools for your benefit.

Purchasing & Plant department:

Ensuring consistent and varied supplies of materials and plants to our sites.
