Structural framing systems
Structural framing systems are designed to provide cladding support to external walls, through the use of infill panels (set within the structural frame) or continuous framing (positioned outside the main structural frame). They’re ideal for new builds, because they’re lightweight, speedy to install, strong and suitable across a range of applications. Here at Central Essex Interiors we’re experts at the installation of structural framing systems from all the leading systems, including Kingspan and Metsec, for both of which we are officially approved contractors and will install to BS5950 and BS800 standards.
Screed
As specialist floor screed suppliers working throughout the South East of England, we only use and supply the most superior concrete screeds with the finest raw materials. This will ensure your floor base is smooth, functional and has a long-lasting finish. Whether you require screen for an internal or external floor, for domestic or commercial use, we can tailor our solution to meet your requirements.
Plastering
Here at Central Essex Interiors, we provide a professional plastering service across the South East of England. Our skilled and time-served professionals will ensure the most appropriate plastering techniques are used for your property, with all work completed to the most exacting standards. Our services range from minor plasterwork patching to plaster boarding and plastering whole properties.
Acoustic walls & ceiling panels
Specially designed acoustic walls and ceiling panels can significantly improve the problems of reverberations, sound echoes and sound distortion inside a building. Here at Central Essex Interiors, we can help you make the acoustics inside your property work for you, for example by reducing the noise levels in an open-plan office environment with our acoustic walls and ceiling panels. We only supply and fit materials from leading manufacturers, to ensure the highest quality and standards.
Internal drylining & partitions
Internal drylining and partitions can help create a well insulated and dry internal structure of your home. By using drylining boards, we at Central Essex Interiors can ensure the process is quick and effective. As experts in drylining, we only use materials from superior manufacturers, including La Farge and British Gypsum, for both of whom we are approved contractors. We can supply and install a wide range of standard, performance and specialist plasterboards for all your drylining and partitioning needs.
Suspended ceilings
A suspended ceiling can create a smooth and flawless finish, without the need for costly plastering and painting. Ideal for concealing pipework, wiring, networking cables and ducts, suspended ceilings can also provide a range of extra beneficial properties – these range from fire protection to better sound-proofing, through to enhanced insulation. Here at Central Essex Interiors, we only supply and fit suspended ceilings using the highest quality tiles, grids and other materials. As approved contractors for the leading brands SAS, Armstrong and more, you can always rely on us to deliver the highest quality workmanship.
External render systems
External render systems provide façade solutions to meet the appropriate architectural styles and finishes that designers require. Here at Central Essex Interiors, we are experts at applying modern external render systems, which are often superior and more long-lasting than traditional sand and cement renders. For example they can offer enhanced thermal performance and weather protection, as well as being available in a limitless colour palette. We’re approved contractors for SPS Envirowall, which we believe to be the manufacturer of the leading external render systems and products.
