The Lexington is an 89- unit apartment block in the heart of North London with a mix of private, shared ownership and social housing. Central Essex was contracted to supply and fit the suspended ceilings and partitions and to finish the project with a traditional plaster skim.

The project completed in summer 2014, with the value of the works to Central Essex at £0.9 million.
